Outsourcing Insurance Operations & Other Functions
ISCS enables customers using the SurePower Innovation Policy Administration Suite to outsource operations and other functions. ISCS's resources and expertise enable to design your business model to do as little or as much in house as you would like. All services are provided by U.S.-based staff, managed directly by ISCS in our secure facilities.

Hosting
ISCS can host your implementation of SurePower Innovation, eliminating the need for an in-house I.T. infrastructure. (ISCS does not provide your corporate I.T. and network needs such as email and intranet that are unrelated to SurePower Innovation.)
Product Configuration
Deciding on your product strategy is a core insurance business function. Actually configuring your system could be something you choose to outsource. ISCS has technical and insurance experts available should you need to make changes of any size to your products. We are available for large extensions of your installation, of course, for new lines, new states, etc. We work as a team with your I.T. staff, whether you have a large I.T. team or no I.T. staff available for this work.
Training
ISCS can provide technology training to bring your staff or new hires to proficiency with the system. We also provide end-user training and train-the-trainer services.
