Systems Analyst, San Jose, California
The Systems Analyst reports to the Vice President. This is an exempt position and the employee's performance will be evaluated on how well project deadlines are met. The Systems Analyst's duties presented below:
- Perform the technical analysis, development and documentation of system modifications and new development required to meet client requirements and core product enhancements
- Perform the technical analysis, development and documentation of system setup required to meet client requirements
- Work cooperatively with other ISCS employees, partners and clients to facilitate project's implementation and completion
- Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality seamless customer service
- Perform other duties as required by manager

Job Requirements:
- Four or more years experience in Application Development
- SQL and Relational Database Programming Experience Required
- Buildprofessional and/or Java experience a plus
- Insurance Experience a plus
- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal English
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Office
- A strong sense of responsibility
- Good organizational skills
- Independent self-starter
Business Analyst, San Jose, California
The Business Analyst reports to the Vice President, Customer Solutions. This is an exempt position and the employee's performance will be evaluated on how well project deadlines are met. The Business Analyst's duties are presented below:
- Understand, analyze and document the data processing needs of our clients
- Coordinate interaction and communication between ISCS' Development Staff and Clients
- Help establish and coordinate project timelines
- Meet with project teams regularly to review project deadlines and activities
- Work cooperatively, as a team leader, with other ISCS employees and clients to facilitate project's implementation and completion
- Lead the analysis, development and documentation of system modifications required to meet client requirements
- Lead the analysis, development and documentation of client workflows
- Lead the analysis, development and documentation of system setup required to meet client requirements
- Assist in the development of user documentation
- Perform system level application testing
- Provide training and guidance to clients as needed in order to meet project goals
- Identify additional sales opportunities and refer to ISCS sales staff
- Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality seamless customer service
- Perform client presentations
- Intermediate travel may be required
- Perform other duties as required by manager
