Andy Scurto, President and Founder
Andy is a principal designer and developer of ISCS's insurance processing solutions. He is also the firm's primary advisor to insurance organizations on rate filings, MGA programs, data processing and communications. Andy has over 18 years' experience in IT and development, which includes 14 years working specifically with insurance industry systems. He received his bachelor of science degree in computer engineering from San Jose State University.

Jeff Bingham, Vice President Services
Jeff manages the ISCS computer center and customer outsourced operations, including customer output fulfillment (printing and mailing) of policies and policy documents, billing, and notices. Prior to ISCS, Jeff worked in the insurance industry for 13 years, including the last five as director of information systems for American Bonding Insurance Company. In addition to his insurance industry experience, Jeff has 13 years experience in programming and project management in other industries. Jeff received his bachelor of business degree from University of Houston.

John T. Riley, Vice President Major Accounts
John is responsible for Sales, Marketing and Client Relationships of all Major Accounts. John has been involved in the insurance business since 1976. Prior to joining ISCS, John spent six years as Vice President of Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), a division of the TATA group. He specialized in the Insurance business and was responsible for the Insurance Development Center for TCS in Missoula, MT. John founded and served as President/CEO of two multi line insurance carriers, and also served in a senior management position of a major health insurer. John graduated from the University of Iowa with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Insurance and Economics. John is a Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), and a licensed consultant in the State of Montana.

Mike Wanzong, Vice President Technical Services
Mike leads ISCS's technical services team and is responsible for customer implementations, training and support. Prior to ISCS, Mike spent eight years at California Compensation Insurance Company, leading the system design and development team replacing legacy systems with client-server software. Mike received his associates of science degrees in math and computer science from Gavilan Community College.

Myron Meier, Vice President Product Development
Myron leads ISCS's product development team and is responsible for high-level technical design, system architecture, process and technical direction. Prior to ISCS, Myron had 17 years' experience in software product development and management, including 9 years at Brooks Software (formerly a division of Brooks Automation, now a part of Applied Materials) where he lead the product team responsible for the equipment maintenance management product. He received his bachelor of science degree in computer engineering from San Jose State University.

Tim Shelton, Executive Vice President
Tim has oversight of sales, marketing and administration, including building banking relationships and negotiating sales contracts. Prior to ISCS, Tim had 16 years' experience in sales and marketing management roles, including a tenure at EDS. Tim also worked in accounting and financial management at Sprint and NCR. Tim received his bachelor of science degree in commerce and accounting from the University of Santa Clara. Tim is a licensed property and casualty agent in California, Texas and Florida.
