P&C Insurance Automation Leader ISCS Launches New Flexible Implementation Options for SurePower Innovation®

IT Staff, Internal Business Analysts can Extend Capabilities with New Access to SurePower Innovation's State-of-the-Art Technology

San Jose, CA - June 3, 2005 - ISCS, Inc., the leader for over 10 years in the property and casualty automation industry, announced today the launch of new implementation options for SurePower Innovation®, a third-generation, industry-leading solution for insurance processing and management. The three new implementation options-"Engineer Solution," "Expert Solution," and "Corporate Solution"-are designed so that insurance organizations can leverage their internal IT and technical business skills with SurePower Innovation. Each implementation has all the capabilities and the advanced feature set of SurePower Innovation.

Insurance organizations with active IT departments can choose the SurePower Innovation "Engineer Solution" that includes source code access, an advanced technical tool set, and more. Organizations with tech-savvy business analysts can choose the "Expert Solution" that includes a complete business tool kit and an abundance of self-configuration and customization options. ISCS also offers the turnkey "Corporate Solution" for organizations that prefer to out-source IT. Each implementation has many features in addition to those above. See www.iscs.com for more information, including a downloadable data sheet and interactive demo.

The new range of implementation options allows organizations to optimize their internal talents. "We want a company's IT staff to shine when they use the SurePower Innovation's tools," said Andy Scurto, president and CTO of ISCS. "Or if an organization has tech-savvy business analysts, we want the right SurePower Innovation technology in their hands for them to fully make use of their business expertise."

The new options not only maximize internal skills but also increase internal buy-in for implementation. "We know from our long experience in insurance automation that implementation is as critical to success as what product you choose," said Tim Shelton, ISCS executive vice president. "And internal buy-in is critical to implementation." The new SurePower Innovation implementation options value the roles and talents of internal IT staff or business experts, increasing buy-in, reducing the cost and risk of an automation transition, and increasing the successful and optimal application of the new system.

The new implementation options result from SurePower Innovation's being conceived and built from the ground up for launch in late 2004. ISCS's Andy Scurto noted, "We knew when we were developing SurePower Innovation that the wholly new technology platform would allow us to provide innovative implementation options. When we scoped out the possibilities for the toolsets and saw the stability, safety, and efficiencies we could provide, we knew we had a winning solution for a wide range of different companies. We know from our discussions with IT professionals, business experts, and executives in the industry that this fulfills a need."
